		<description>Best macchiato I&#039;ve had was during a trip to San Diego, at a place called Caffe Calabria, 30th and University. It wasn&#039;t just pretty (though it was certainly that), it also was the most sublime harmony of milk (probably whole) and rich, velvety espresso I&#039;ve ever tasted. So I endeavored to find out where I could have that experience in the Twin Cities. 

Turns out it&#039;s not so easy to find. Lots of independent coffee houses here, but many of them turn out a pretty lazy product. The Catfish didn&#039;t quite match my San Diego experience -- the espresso wasn&#039;t quite as full -- but it is definitely operating on a higher plane. 

Do visit. Bike there if you can.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t know... to me, skim milk loses a critical essence. You need the fat in the milk to get the right creaminess to the foam. Do you drink lattes? If that&#039;s too much milk, you might want to try cappuccino instead.</description>
